Your first name and last name will be visible to the community in HYPE Straumann Innovation.
An activation link will be sent to this email address. After activating your account, use this email address to log in. Your email address will not be visible to the community.
Minimum requirements for a valid password:
  • Password must not contain any whitespaces.
  • Password length has to be at least 12 characters.
  • Password has to contain at least one letter.
  • Password has to contain at least one digit.
  • Password has to contain at least one upper case letter.
  • Password has to contain at least one lower case letter.
  • Password must not contain any of the following terms:
    • Your last name, first name or user name
    • Names of weekdays and months
    • ‪"Password"‬, ‪"Passwort"‬
Additional requirements enforced by the Identity Provider may apply.

Terms & Conditions for all platform users

Before entering the idea system and submitting your idea, please confirm your agreement with the following terms and conditions for the use of the idea system (“Terms and Conditions”):

During your visit to the idea system, you may have access to confidential information belonging to Institut Straumann AG (“Straumann”) or any of its affiliated companies (“Straumann Affiliates” - Straumann and the Straumann Affiliates are jointly referred to as the “Straumann Group”). Such confidential information includes any and all information, data and documents that you may access within the idea system relating to any products, business, development or production activities or strategies of the Straumann Group (“Straumann Confidential Information”). Your idea shall also be considered as confidential information (“Submitter’s Confidential Information”).

 

By accessing the idea system, you explicitly agree to regard and preserve as confidential and secret all Straumann and Submitter’s Confidential Information and to solely use the Straumann and Submitter’s Confidential Information for the purpose of submitting your idea to the idea system. This obligation of confidentiality shall remain in full effect eternally, unless and to the extent that Straumann and/or Submitter’s Confidential Information was or becomes publicly available, without an infringement of any confidentiality obligation by you. You fully acknowledge that divulging or making accessible to any third parties any part of the Straumann and/or Submitter’s Confidential Information may cause significant harm to the Straumann Group.

 

For employees: You acknowledge that Straumann Holding AG is the owner (or licensee) of all intellectual property rights to all products distributed by the Straumann Group. Furthermore, by submitting your idea you explicitly agree to the unrestricted use and dissemination of your idea for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, by Straumann or any Straumann Affiliate without any further compensation to you. If Straumann is interested in following up on your idea, Straumann will contact you to engage in more detailed evaluations and negotiations.

 

 

For external: You acknowledge that Straumann Holding AG is the owner (or licensee) of all intellectual property rights to all products distributed by the Straumann Group. Furthermore, by submitting your idea you explicitly agree that Straumann and/or any Straumann Affiliate may access, use and share your idea internally for the purpose of analyzing and evaluating your idea without having to pay any further compensation to you. If Straumann is interested in following up on your idea, Straumann will contact you to engage in more detailed evaluations and negotiations.
